PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE
The Maintenance program is designed to provide our clients with a reliable, consistent, premier millwork restoration service at all of their facilities. This service makes it possible for our clients to have a cost effective, viable solution to keeping their facilities in peak visual condition at all times.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS PROGRAM?
This is a millwork renewal and restoration program which involves the repair and refreshment (not replacement or total refinishing) of existing millwork surfaces that are typically within the Public eye or common area spaces ( i.e. doors, baseboard, elevator cabs, and reception desks). Renewal/restoration is differentiated from “refinishing” in that refinished millwork will look brand new after being stripped, sanded, stained and re-top coated. The renewal/restoration repairs included in this program would typically include the repair of gouges, scratches, surface stains, minor wood veneer separation, cracks, abrasions and other normal wear surface blemishes. The objective of this program is to repair the millwork such that, at a casual glance or inspection, the area repaired appears to be undamaged.
EXAMPLES OF EXISTING SURFACES WE WOULD RENEW OR RESTORE INCLUDE:
- Wood paneling, wainscot, and chair rails
- Wood doors and trim
- Wood cabinetry (including POS, Host stands, Trash cabinets, etc)
